Happy 2nd Birthday!

***JUST REALIZED THAT THIS HAS BEEN IN DRAFT FORM SINCE HER 2nd BIRTHDAY!!-- oops.. I wanted to post it so I can remember all her stats!!****

Hailey is the happiest and sweetest girl in the world! She went for her well baby check-up on Tuesday and she her development is right on target!
Here are her 2 year stats:

Weight: 24.1 lbs (15th percentile)
Height: 32.5 inches (16th percentile)
Head: 18.8 inches (50th percentile) *WOW*

She is able to use a fork and spoon with no problems (of course she still enjoys eating with her fingers!)

She can drink out of a big girl cup

She can name common animals (dog, cat, cow, pig, horse, bird)

Still sings her ABCs and counts to 10 (skipping 4)

Names major body parts (head, shoulders, knees, toes, eyes, ears, nose, mouth, tongue, fingers)

Talks non-stop and can say up to 3 words at a time.

Runs and can kick a ball

Climbs on furniture easily

Walks up and down stairs

Builds towers with blocks

Can follow simple instructions (grab your jacket, put this in the trash, find your shoes)

Uses right hand for eating, grabbing items and coloring

Likes to be independent : ) Often throwing a fit when she does not get her way
Loves to pretend play with babies

Recognizes names of familiar people and calls them by name when we see them

We just enrolled in MyGym and are LOVING it! We go to a toddler class on Saturday mornings and then we can go to "free play" one other night during the week. We will probably go Wednesday from 7:00 to 7:45
